Standard shipping to Canada/US destinations – includes up to $100 insurance

Standard shipping to other International destinations – includes up to $100 insurance

- Upon adding your purchase(s) to the Cart, your hat order can be completed using any major credit card. Once your secure payment is made, your hat order will ship, usually within 1-3 business days.
- For custom work please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment, not including delivery time.
- For Canadian destinations, please allow 3-7 days delivery time. For US destinations, up to 2 weeks.
- For all other International destinations, delivery times may vary. Two to four weeks is typical. Please contact me for an International purchase.
- All hats are shipped Standard Shipping (Regular Parcel with Canada Post), well-cushioned and weather-protected in sturdy packaging to ensure safe delivery. Complimentary shipping to all locations in Canada and the United States. This excludes any further shipping costs of a Return/Exchange associated with this initial purchase, which will be the customer’s sole responsibility.
- Xpresspost, Priority, Expedited, Tracking, and Extra Insurance options are available, though extra charges will likely apply. If you would like an estimate for any of these rates, please contact me before placing your order, and I will add the extra charges in. Please note: I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade your shipping to fully insure your order. All parcels include $100 insurance in the Standard Shipping costs.
- When Extra Insurance is added to ensure your full purchase, the item will be replaced or refund sent at my discretion. Any items shipped without extra insurance will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- International orders – International buyers may be subject to customs charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs fees. Please know your country’s regulations regarding this – for information please refer to your local customs agency. International returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
2) RETURNS and EXCHANGES – policies and guidelines
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy for any reason, let me know and we’ll make arrangements to exchange or return your purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns/exchanges:
- Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- For any exchange or return, the hat must not have been worn and must be in its original condition.
- If returning, please use the original packaging and return within 7 days of receipt.
- All shipping costs associated with a Return/Exchange, including Duties/Taxes for cross-border shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom orders are FINAL SALE ONLY – No returns or exchanges.
- International orders will not be accepted as Returns or Exchanges due to customs fees.
